Elite Hemet Soccer League Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with or using the services of the Elite Hemet Soccer League (the “League”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not register with or use the League’s services.

2. Eligibility

The League is open to players of all ages and skill levels. Participation is subject to the League’s age-appropriate guidelines and regulations.

3. Registration and Fees

Registration for the League is subject to availability and the League’s established deadlines. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the League’s registration policies.

4. Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion from the League.

5. Liability

The League is not responsible for any injuries sustained by participants during league activities. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

7. Modifications

The League reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the League’s website.
